Salary: $157,000 - $170,000 (Total Compensation)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Strategic Key Accounts (top 200 brands).
• Lead technical discovery, scoping calls, and integration design sessions with client engineering and product teams.
• Design and deliver integration solutions across web SDK, iOS/Android SDK, server-to-server, and REST APIs.
• Own the technical components of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires in collaboration with Legal and Product teams.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation path for post-launch issues to ensure rapid resolution.
• Build and maintain AI-augmented workflows for client research, technical scoping, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar client-facing technical role.
• Strong technical fluency in web/mobile SDKs, REST APIs, server-to-server integrations, and event data flows.
• Experience presenting technical solutions and leading scoping calls with senior stakeholders like CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be willing to work full time (minimum 4 days a week) in the New York office.
• AI-forward mindset with proven experience using AI tools as a force multiplier for technical workflows.
