What you will do

• Own and execute integration projects from discovery to go-live, including project planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead technical discovery and design engagements, scoping data interfaces and documenting specifications for ML models.
• Evaluate customer needs against hirify.global's core data model and propose necessary design adjustments.
• Analyze complex data relationships and build custom queries to streamline validation and data mapping.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, product engineering, and data science teams.
• Mentor junior team members and improve internal documentation and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning and executing complex end-to-end integration projects.
• Experience leading technical discovery and solution design with customer IT stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytical tools.
• Strong ability to communicate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
