Solutions Engineer (DevOps)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $145,000 - $235,000

What you will do

• Lead the technical sales process, including discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Partner with account executives to create and present technical proposals aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams to influence product development.
• Manage technical responses to security questionnaires and RFPs.
• Maintain expertise in cloud platforms and industry trends across various verticals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or systems architecture in a customer-facing role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience leading and documenting PoCs and building technical champions.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as PII, PCI, and HIPAA.
