TL;DR

Senior HR Business Partner (HR): Strategically partnering with management and executives in the EMEA region to shape organizational, leadership, and talent issues, with an accent on organizational development and change projects. Focus on designing and further developing leadership, talent, and succession concepts in an international context.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in Germany (Lüneburg or Hamburg areas, with remote work options within Germany).

What you will do

  • Provide strategic HR consulting to executives and senior management in the EMEA region.
  • Support and implement organizational development and change projects.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including performance, development, and retention.
  • Consult on international labor law issues in cooperation with Group Legal.
  • Design and develop leadership, talent, and succession concepts.
  • Drive group-wide HR initiatives and analyze HR key figures.

Requirements

  • University degree with a focus on human resources, business psychology, business administration, or similar.
  • 5–8 years of professional experience as an HR business partner, ideally in an international, technology, or software-oriented environment.
  • Extensive experience in advising senior and executive-level managers.
  • Very good understanding of organizational development, change management, and modern HR work.
  • Experience in the EMEA context and in dealing with different labor law and cultural conditions.
  • High strategic competence, strong communication skills, and assertiveness.
  • Analytical mindset and solution- and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1 equivalent for English).
