TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS/HRTech): Proactively initiating contact with new leads and qualifying opportunities to drive sales success with an accent on high-volume cold calling and relationship building. Focus on articulating product value propositions, managing complex sales situations, and consistently meeting performance targets.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Draper, Utah for a hybrid role (Tuesday-Thursday in-office)

What you will do
- Initiate contact with new leads through high-volume cold calling and email outreach.
- Qualify leads and manage complex sales situations to drive pipeline growth.
- Articulate product value propositions and benefits to prospects clearly.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to refine territory and account strategies.
- Maintain detailed records and prioritize tasks to meet monthly performance KPIs.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with prospects rather than focusing on quick sales.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Draper, Utah for hybrid work.
- 1-2 years of experience in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets and quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to handle objections professionally.
- Must be willing to undergo a background and credit check as a condition of employment.
