TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Building sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification for a unified AI platform with an accent on lead generation and strategic outreach. Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid: in-office presence required 2 days per week on Mondays & Wednesdays)

Compensation: $96,000–$125,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Grow the customer list through personalized emails, calls, and creative social media outreach.
  • Develop compelling messaging to engage targeted accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to plan and execute strategic outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with executives in prospect accounts to generate meetings.
  • Analyze market research data to develop strategic approaches for raising brand awareness.
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably within a Software or High Tech company.
  • Must be based in New York City to meet the non-negotiable in-office requirement.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to be a clear, concise, and compelling storyteller.
  • Highly competitive personality with resilience and a self-starter mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment.
