Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)

Salary: $90,300 OTE (On Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Drive pipeline growth through personalized outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media.
  • Qualify leads, maintain engagement, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams like Marketing and Ops.
  • Become a product expert and refine sales messaging and prospecting techniques.
  • Log activities and maintain CRM data accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Travel up to 15% for onboarding, events, and offsites.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work in Chicago, IL with hybrid schedule (3 days in-office).
  • 1+ years sales experience with proven quota achievement and lead generation.
  • Comfortable with CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with phone/video calls.
  • Passion for hirify.global’s mission and AI technologies.
  • Team player with ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI and emerging technologies to enhance sales effectiveness.
