Salary: $90,300 OTE (On Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Drive pipeline growth through personalized outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media.
- Qualify leads, maintain engagement, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams like Marketing and Ops.
- Become a product expert and refine sales messaging and prospecting techniques.
- Log activities and maintain CRM data accuracy in Salesforce.
- Travel up to 15% for onboarding, events, and offsites.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work in Chicago, IL with hybrid schedule (3 days in-office).
- 1+ years sales experience with proven quota achievement and lead generation.
- Comfortable with CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with phone/video calls.
- Passion for ’s mission and AI technologies.
- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in ambiguity.
