Location: Hybrid: Remote Monday and Friday; Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Chicago, IL

Salary: Base salary of $65,000 annually + Commission

What you will do

• Identify, research, and qualify 10+ new enterprise leads daily to grow the pipeline.
• Execute high-volume outreach via cold calls, emails, and social selling (60+ dials daily).
• Leverage LinkedIn, CRM tools, and industry databases to target ideal customer profiles.
• Engage key stakeholders to understand operations and align them with hirify.global solutions.
• Schedule qualified demos for Account Executives and collaborate to drive deals forward.
• Meet and exceed daily activity benchmarks and contribute to monthly revenue goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated success in a sales environment.
• Experience using ABM strategies and selling over the phone.
• High degree of diligence, accountability, and persistence in the face of rejection.
• Aptitude for research and understanding data.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Chicago, IL.
