What you will do
- Own the end-to-end process for support service contract renewals to ensure timely completion.
- Partner with quoting specialists to guarantee the quality and accuracy of renewal quotes.
- Maintain and improve on-time (OTRR) and in-quarter (IQRR) renewal rates while managing discount governance.
- Engage with partners and customers to communicate the value of the services portfolio and address concerns.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, customer success, and account management teams for a seamless experience.
- Lead regular planning calls with stakeholders to understand customer intentions ahead of renewals.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing or customer service roles.
- Professional experience operating within a sales environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Cork office (Hybrid).

- Fluency in an additional European language (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian).
