Salary: €89,000 - €100,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage a large portfolio of customers across the EMEA region.
- Onboard and expand the customer base through tailored consultations and training programs.
- Design and execute at-scale outreach campaigns to drive Notion adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with sales partners to ensure high product adoption rates.
- Act as an in-house product ambassador to optimize customer workflows and ROI.
- Identify strategic customers and create action plans to increase monthly active users and seat expansion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at a fast-growing software company.
- Proven track record in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
- Fluent Russian speaker.
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
- Growth mindset and ability to thrive in the early stages of a nascent team.
- High adaptability to rapidly changing business and industry environments.
Nice to have
- Experience building Customer Success playbooks or processes.
- Experience in scaled program management or building campaigns in Outreach.
- Hands-on experience using Notion.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Experience as an early hire at a fast-growing startup.
- Strong technical aptitude.
