Salary: €89,000 - €100,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage a large portfolio of customers across the EMEA region.
  • Onboard and expand the customer base through tailored consultations and training programs.
  • Design and execute at-scale outreach campaigns to drive Notion adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales partners to ensure high product adoption rates.
  • Act as an in-house product ambassador to optimize customer workflows and ROI.
  • Identify strategic customers and create action plans to increase monthly active users and seat expansion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Proven track record in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
  • Fluent Russian speaker.
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
  • Growth mindset and ability to thrive in the early stages of a nascent team.
  • High adaptability to rapidly changing business and industry environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience building Customer Success playbooks or processes.
  • Experience in scaled program management or building campaigns in Outreach.
  • Hands-on experience using Notion.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Experience as an early hire at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
