What you will do

  • Develop new business by identifying, targeting, and winning customers across pharma and life sciences.
  • Build and execute a structured pipeline generation strategy and lead sales cycles from qualification to closing.
  • Own and grow a defined set of existing strategic accounts, including cross-sell and upsell across the hirify.global portfolio.
  • Drive customer success and long-term partnerships with delivery and customer success teams.
  • Manage sales execution: targets/KPIs, deal strategy, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and provide market feedback to shape product positioning.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales.
  • Proven new business acquisition track record (“hunter mentality”).
  • Strong account management experience with revenue expansion.
  • Industry knowledge in pharma and life sciences.
  • Experience selling complex, high-value solutions in multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles.
  • Fluent English and strong communication/negotiation skills; ability to operate at C-level.
