What you will do
- Lead strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through to closure.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Deep understanding of digital accountancy technology, SaaS business models, and AI developments.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate effectively.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
