TL;DR

Channel Program Manager (Partnerships/Channel): Build and scale a partner channel program for System Integrators (SIs), Advisory firms, and boutique consulting shops with an accent on routing implementation work, defining qualification and intake logic, and creating repeatable GTM motions. Focus on translating program learnings into playbooks, contracts, tooling, and quality assurance infrastructure while forecasting from imperfect data and aligning Sales, CS, Finance, and external partners end to end.

Location: New York, NY (HQ) • Hybrid • Relocation support to NYC or SF (as needed)

Salary: NYC/SF OTE $214K – $297K • Equity • Commission • 70/30 split

What you will do

  • Acquire and onboard System Integrators (SIs), Advisory firms, and boutique consulting shops to grow the partner referral motion.
  • Design how implementation work is routed to partner organizations by building qualification criteria and intake logic for the right partner in the right deal.
  • Develop partner campaigns, co-branded playbooks, and collateral to drive the GTM engine with partners.
  • Turn program learnings into playbooks, contracts, tooling, and quality assurance infrastructure to scale partner delivery.
  • Create a holistic strategy to grow the partner referral pipeline and automate processes for a scalable program.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years in partnerships, channel operations, or professional services with a track record of building (not just managing).
  • Experience scaling a partner delivery or channel program with fluency across commercial, operational, and technical sides.
  • Ability to design processes from scratch and pressure-test existing ones.
  • Strong analytical skills: build forecasts from imperfect data and turn models into decisions.
  • Cross-functional communication skills to align Sales, CS, Finance, and external partners quickly.
