What you will do

• Develop and evolve role-based AI chat assistants tailored for post-sales personas.
• Design and build AI-driven workflow automations using enterprise orchestration platforms.
• Optimize AI system performance by balancing prompt-based logic with Python-based code.
• Partner with Data Engineering to expand AI data access via Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Build agentic applications capable of completing tasks with minimal human intervention.
• Monitor and refine AI performance based on usage data and user feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years focused on AI technologies.
• Strong command of advanced prompt engineering and multi-agent system architecture.
• Working knowledge of Python for AI-driven code generation and logic implementation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise orchestration platforms and LLM platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic, or OpenAI.
• Familiarity with CS tech stacks including Salesforce, Gainsight, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
