AI Solutions Senior Specialist (FinTech)

Salary: $98,730–$100,000 base salary annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Partner with Implementations, FinOps, and other priority departments to identify repetitive work, bottlenecks, and legacy business problems.
• Observe and map workflows, including systems, handoffs, exceptions, decision points, and manual effort.
• Design LLM-fed automations and configure AI agents, copilots, and workflows using Power Automate, Glean, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Decagon, and Atlassian Rovo.
• Pilot solutions with end users, test edge cases, collect feedback, and iterate toward safe and maintainable workflows.
• Measure productivity gains, hours saved, cycle-time improvements, quality, adoption, and reductions in manual effort.
• Create reusable prompts, agent patterns, workflow templates, documentation, testing approaches, and governance standards while supporting training and change adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; Computer Science or Software Engineering is also welcome.
• Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM applications, and no-code or low-code automation platforms.
• Ability to translate business processes into automation, agent, data, and testing requirements.
• Understanding of prompt design, grounding, knowledge sources, workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop review, and AI output evaluation.
• Ability to recognize when technical engineering, security review, data remediation, or production support is required.
• Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with business and technical partners.
