What you will do

• Create prototypes and utility tools using open-source LLMs and GenAI technologies.
• Evaluate, implement, and support no-code and low-code AI automation platforms.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, project requirements, and user stories.
• Analyze business processes and implement AI-first workflows for internal Content and Operations teams.
• Train internal users, provide tool support, and document prototypes, tools, and automated processes.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in a technical or analyst role focused on prototyping, process automation, or tool implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Experience with no-code or low-code automation tools such as n8n, Dify, or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Python or SQL for prototypes and utility scripts.
• Familiarity with project management and development tools such as YouTrack and GitLab.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and business-to-technical translation skills.
