What you will do

• Define process integration roadmaps to meet technology transfer requirements, goals, and milestones.
• Establish flows, procedures, and equipment configurations for manufacturing modules.
• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data using statistics, coding, and machine learning.
• Lead yield improvement activities and identify root causes of low yield through cross-functional collaboration.
• Perform quality and reliability risk assessments for manufacturing materials and process changes.
• Support defect and parametric measurements in startup and high-volume manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 1+ year of experience in process integration, project management, or manufacturing.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a relevant STEM field with no prior professional experience.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical methodologies.
• Ability to interpret and synthesize complex data into actionable plans.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
