What you will do
- Lead large, high-complexity infrastructure initiatives from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate work across multiple technical teams, business groups, and vendors.
- Implement and support agile practices such as Kanban, sprint routines, and backlog refinement.
- Manage project health, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery standards and reporting within the PMO.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in technology or infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.
- Strong foundation in project management disciplines including risk, budget, and dependency tracking.
- Practical understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to bridge agile team workflows with traditional corporate governance requirements.
- Must be based in Austin, TX.
Nice to have
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Background in organizational change management and production readiness.
