What you will do

• Lead large, high-complexity infrastructure initiatives from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate work across multiple technical teams, business groups, and vendors.
• Implement and support agile practices such as Kanban, sprint routines, and backlog refinement.
• Manage project health, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery standards and reporting within the PMO.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in technology or infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.
• Strong foundation in project management disciplines including risk, budget, and dependency tracking.
• Practical understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to bridge agile team workflows with traditional corporate governance requirements.
• Must be based in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Background in organizational change management and production readiness.
