Location: Must be based in Plano, TX (Onsite position, remote work is not an option)

Salary: $91,100 - $146,000

What you will do

• Facilitate the growth of software development teams to become self-organized and high-performing.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and facilitating feedback loops.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to ensure goal alignment.
• Actively identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Monitor and track key performance metrics like flow, velocity, and cycle time to drive efficiency.
• Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Plano, TX.
• Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience or Masters degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Subject matter expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Proven experience coaching teams in an agile environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
