What you will do

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to keep teams focused.
• Manage work flow, remove blockers, and escalate impediments to ensure business outcomes.
• Coordinate planning, sequencing, and delivery of infrastructure projects alongside operational support.
• Translate complex technical status into clear updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Improve team processes within Jira and Confluence to enhance visibility and decision-making.
• Adapt delivery methods between Scrum, Kanban, and structured project management based on team needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Texas
• At least 3 years of experience in agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Technical Project Manager roles.
• Proven experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, networking, or enterprise technology teams.
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage risks and stakeholder expectations.

Nice to have

• CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or PMP certification.
