What you will do

• Set the DX roadmap and act as the technical lead for developer experience across the organization.
• Design and own the SDK code-generation architecture to ensure predictable shipping across multiple languages (Python, JS/TS, Go, Rust, .NET, Java).
• Define and enforce quality bars, versioning, release discipline, and observability standards for all SDKs.
• Build the core tooling, including the code-generation pipeline, CI infrastructure, and reference integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships to align the developer-facing surface.
• Identify and structurally fix systemic friction points in the developer integration process.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven track record of owning developer-facing tooling and SDK generators across multiple programming languages.
• Experience integrating AI into professional workflows, including agentic pipelines and custom generators.
• Strong ability to build reusable systems, automation, and scalable architectures.
• Expertise in production ownership, including observability, backward-compatibility, and incident response.
• First-principles reasoning regarding system boundaries, feedback loops, and developer outcomes.
