What you will do
- Create realistic coding challenges involving backend feature implementation and software bug fixes.
- Design tasks based on real-world backend engineering scenarios.
- Develop deterministic verifiers that accept valid solutions and reject incorrect outputs.
- Evaluate code for correctness, reliability, maintainability, performance, and security.
- Include automated testing, validation criteria, edge cases, and performance considerations in coding tasks.
- Refine task definitions and verification logic according to project requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience with one or more backend languages, including Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, or C++.
- Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
- Practical experience with debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
- Strong code review skills, including the ability to identify correctness, quality, and maintainability issues.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and fundamental computer science concepts.
- Ability to analyze technical problems independently and communicate solutions clearly through technical documentation.
