What you will do

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including modeling for new markets and operating model changes.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads to align with strategic objectives.
• Oversee internal OPEX cost management to ensure budget alignment.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and identify areas for corrective action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance accuracy through automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis (Big 4 experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL for building structured models and querying large datasets.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting/forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills for translating financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from London (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Pursuing or planning to pursue CIMA, ACCA/ACA, or CFA qualifications.
