What you will do

• Prepare regular cost reporting, including actuals, forecasts, budgets, and prior-year comparisons.
• Investigate and explain key cost variances, trends, and movements to stakeholders.
• Support Finance Business Partners with budget cycles and planning model maintenance.
• Translate financial data into clear messages and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Perform month-end review activities, including accruals, journals, and cost coding checks.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize recurring reporting and analysis processes.

Requirements

• Finance, accounting, or analytical background, ideally within FP&A or management reporting.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with experience in large or complex datasets.
• Proven ability to produce management information, variance analysis, or cost reporting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines, particularly around month-end and planning cycles.
• Ability to build effective relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues.
