What you will do

• Act as the primary commercial partner for Studio Directors to align decision-making with strategic goals.
• Lead monthly trade decks and operational reviews with data-driven performance commentary.
• Manage the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle for dedicated studios, validating assumptions and explaining variances.
• Support long-term strategic planning and define success metrics for new game launches.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to support company growth.
• Proactively monitor risks and opportunities to identify efficiencies and enhance business performance.

Requirements

• Qualified Finance Professional with ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in a commercial-facing or business partnering role, ideally within the tech or gaming sector.
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to identify patterns across complex data sets to develop actionable strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead non-finance stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders up to the CFO level.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365.
