TL;DR

Finance Analyst (Growth): Building analytical capabilities for the FP&A team with an accent on member engagement metrics, revenue forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Focus on connecting member behavior to financial outcomes, automating reporting, and providing actionable insights to support executive decision-making.

Location: Hybrid role requiring regular in-person attendance at offices in Leicestershire or London, Holborn.

What you will do

  • Support budgeting and forecasting for growth revenue by combining financial plans with operational data.
  • Own performance reporting for member engagement, defining KPIs and automating recurring packs.
  • Perform variance and driver analysis to identify root causes of performance changes.
  • Develop metrics to capture the financial impact of member engagement across revenue streams.
  • Partner with Brand, Product, and Data teams to provide impactful insights.
  • Contribute to data quality and metric consistency across growth reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting in a commercial environment.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience turning complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Systems and BI literacy with comfort working across multiple data sources.
  • Advanced Excel skills including modelling, Power Query, and macros.
  • Strong business partnering and communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model from Leicestershire or London offices.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Part-qualified or working towards an accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a D2C, marketplace, or ecommerce environment.
