What you will do
- Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders to provide financial insights and embed cost discipline.
- Manage transparent and actionable budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Drive the monthly Finance Reporting Pack, including GM, OPEX, and headcount analysis.
- Develop robust financial models and scenario analysis to optimize business performance.
- Collaborate with gaming teams to align financial planning with game roadmaps.
- Support investment business cases through ROI analysis and scenario modelling.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Finance Business Partner, Finance Analyst, or within an FP&A function.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid knowledge of reporting standards and management accounting techniques.
- Experience in a PE-backed or technology-driven business is highly desirable.
- Permanent right to work in the UK is mandatory.
