What you will do

• Lead end-to-end pipeline growth strategy and multi-quarter target-setting across regions, segments, and routes-to-market.
• Translate top-down revenue and coverage goals into bottom-up pipeline targets and capacity plans.
• Design and run the pipeline operating rhythm, anchored in a 13-week Revenue Operating Cadence.
• Define and enforce global pipeline operating standards, including qualification, SLAs, and stage definitions.
• Establish pipeline hygiene standards and checkpoints to improve data quality and forecast accuracy.
• Deliver pipeline analytics, dashboards, and funnel diagnostics to provide investment recommendations.

Requirements

• Deep experience in revenue, sales, or marketing operations within B2B SaaS.
• Proven director-level leadership experience managing high-performing operations and analytics teams.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM funnels across inbound, outbound, partner, and expansion motions.
• Experience designing and running operating cadences and governance for pipeline performance.
• Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and BI tools (Looker or Tableau).
