What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of enterprise accounts, ensuring product adoption and clear ROI realization.
  • Lead QBR planning, account strategy, and cross-team collaboration as the primary client point of contact.
  • Manage renewal strategy and proactively identify and mitigate account risks.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Spearhead data monetization strategies to increase variable revenue.
  • Navigate complex internal and external resources to solve client challenges and achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CSM or Account Director in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record in Enterprise B2B SaaS, specifically within data analytics, cloud, or identity sectors.
  • Experience managing 15-20 accounts with $500k+ ARR simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, project management, and leadership capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to prepare for and conduct C-level conversations regarding business value and ROI.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with hirify.global’s ecosystem and clean room solutions.
  • Experience with measurement and collaboration use cases.
  • Familiarity with financial metrics such as NPV, IRR, and ROI.
