What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of enterprise accounts, ensuring product adoption and clear ROI realization.
- Lead QBR planning, account strategy, and cross-team collaboration as the primary client point of contact.
- Manage renewal strategy and proactively identify and mitigate account risks.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Spearhead data monetization strategies to increase variable revenue.
- Navigate complex internal and external resources to solve client challenges and achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CSM or Account Director in a customer-facing role.
- Proven track record in Enterprise B2B SaaS, specifically within data analytics, cloud, or identity sectors.
- Experience managing 15-20 accounts with $500k+ ARR simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to prepare for and conduct C-level conversations regarding business value and ROI.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ’s ecosystem and clean room solutions.
- Experience with measurement and collaboration use cases.
- Familiarity with financial metrics such as NPV, IRR, and ROI.
