Manager, Sales Development (SaaS): Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Development Representatives to drive revenue in the VMB, SMB, and Enterprise segments with an accent on prospecting strategies and pipeline growth. Focus on evolving the prospecting playbook, scaling the SDR organization, and implementing AI-driven efficiency improvements.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (3 days per week in office)

Salary: $172,000 – $202,000

What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a team of high-performing SDRs, providing coaching and tools to deliver results.
  • Develop and implement new prospecting initiatives and strategies to increase deal sizes and revenue.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for new Sales Development Representatives.
  • Establish strategic prospecting training and conduct weekly forecasting meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize outcomes for NAMER-based prospects.
  • Partner with sales leadership to build an agile organization based on decision frameworks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY with the ability to commute to the office.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years of management/leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales management.
  • Experience prospecting across various market segments and personas.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without need for current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Curiosity and willingness to use AI to amplify work efficiency and impact.
