Trainer / Adoption Specialist (Federal Health)

Location: Remote (Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance)

What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for enterprise healthcare technology implementations.
• Provide end-user support during system deployments, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Coach end users on system functionality, workflows, and best practices to improve confidence and adoption.
• Collaborate with Organizational Change Management, Communications, and Deployment teams for a consistent user experience.
• Monitor user readiness, gather feedback, and document training activities and adoption metrics.
• Support train-the-trainer sessions and assist customer organizations with local training efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience delivering technical training, software training, or user support.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led, virtual, or blended learning environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally in support of customer training and deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations and Health IT.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, training methodologies, and change management.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
