Salary: $100,300–$194,300 annually, depending on state and location. Listed ranges include Colorado ($100,300–$160,500), Washington ($100,300–$177,200), California ($100,300–$194,300), and NYC ($110,800–$194,300).

What you will do

• Design and develop technical product training materials, including eLearning courses, workshops, and simulations.
• Apply backwards design and outcome-based development principles to align learning goals, content, activities, and assessments.
• Partner with subject matter experts, product managers, and stakeholders to identify performance gaps and translate complex product functionality into learner-friendly content.
• Measure learning effectiveness through formative and summative assessments, including Kirkpatrick's Levels of Evaluation.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects, maintain version control, and update training content according to product release timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions in corporate, academic, or nonprofit settings.
• Experience with backwards design, outcome-based development, or similar instructional frameworks.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, multimedia design, and learning management platforms.
• Experience using AI functionality within learning and authoring tools.
• Ability to create clear, measurable learning goals aligned with product workflows and business needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
