What you will do
- Manage and maintain the program's Risk, Issue, Assumption, and Dependency (RAID) log throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, prioritize, and monitor program risks while developing mitigation and contingency plans.
- Coordinate issue resolution with project managers, technical leads, and Government stakeholders.
- Develop executive dashboards, risk summaries, and governance reports for leadership reviews.
- Monitor cross-functional dependencies to identify impacts on schedule, scope, or budget.
- Recommend and implement improvements to project governance and risk management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, risk management, or enterprise technology programs.
- Proven experience managing RAID in complex IT environments.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations.
- PMI-RMP, PMP, or equivalent project management certification.
