What you will do
- Implement and execute the Medicine Security Program strategy across the US portfolio, aligning organizational priorities and US program needs.
- Oversee US portfolio special projects/initiatives (e.g., technical assistance, supply chain resilience, capacity strengthening) including designing, evaluating, and scaling approaches.
- Manage the US clinic partner portfolio, including partner vetting/application approval, compliance with program standards, coordination with logistics/distribution for shipments/returns, and risk mitigation.
- Develop and grow a partner ecosystem by identifying and onboarding new clinic partners, diversifying partner types, geographies, and populations served.
- Use data, analytics, and evidence-based methods to assess local/regional health priorities, medicine availability, supply chain performance, and portfolio gaps; produce recommendations and reporting.
- Build and mentor a high-performing US Medicine Security team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to maximize portfolio impact and support funding opportunities.
Requirements
- US work authorization is required.
- Must be currently living in and continue living in one of the following states/territories: CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, Puerto Rico, TN, TX, VA, or WA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading program management or related experience.
- Ability to translate strategy into implementation plans with clear goals, timelines, roles, and success metrics.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-year health-related initiatives from planning through implementation and learning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to produce high-quality deliverables for diverse internal and external audiences.
