Senior Manager, Medicine Security (US Programs)

Location: Remote within the United States and Puerto Rico; candidates must currently live and continue to live in CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, Puerto Rico, TN, TX, VA, or WA. US work authorization is required. No relocation assistance is provided.

Hiring range: $83,493–$91,750 per year.

What you will do

• Lead implementation and day-to-day execution of the US Medicine Security Program strategy.
• Oversee special projects involving technical assistance, supply-chain resilience, capacity strengthening, evaluation, and scale-up.
• Manage the US clinic partner portfolio, including vetting, applications, compliance, donations, shipments, returns, reviews, and site visits.
• Develop and diversify the US clinic partner network and onboard new partners benefiting from donated medicines and supplies.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to assess health priorities, medicine availability, supply-chain performance, portfolio gaps, and impact.
• Supervise and develop one direct report while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on strategy, reporting, communications, and implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading program management or related work.
• Experience translating strategy into implementation plans with goals, timelines, responsibilities, and success metrics.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year, health-related initiatives and managing concurrent activities across multiple partners.
• Experience building and sustaining partnerships with clinics, community organizations, associations, agencies, or other external organizations.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical donations, product access, or in-kind supply-chain models, supported by data-driven decision-making.
• US work authorization and current residence in one of the approved US states or Puerto Rico are required.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing medicine or product access programs.
• Experience with free and charitable clinics, federally qualified health centers, or safety-net health systems.
• Experience with state or federal health agencies, HRSA-funded programs, or government-adjacent health networks.
• Background in pharmacy operations, pharmaceutical supply chain, or clinical pharmacy.
