What you will do

• Manage multiple large and complex global implementations of EHS and Quality software.
• Own the completion of all deliverables following the hirify.global Implementation Methodology.
• Coordinate multi-disciplined teams of consultants and developers to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage client expectations, project budgets, timelines, and forecasted effort.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify project requirements and scope engagements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while communicating status to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in software project management in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 5%).

Nice to have

• PMP designation.
• Experience in the EHSQ (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality) domain.
• Experience creating Statements of Work (SOW) and estimating effort and costs.
