Salary: $117,056.53 - $136,500 USD

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with Project Directors.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and processes aligned with AIR's best practices.
• Track project progress using Jira, updating dashboards to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Forecast and analyze project data to synthesize insights into reports and visualizations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Monitor project benchmarks and performance indicators to identify risks and recommend adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, economics, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or an advanced degree (MBA, MPA) with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience working on CMS projects with multidisciplinary health services research teams.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B) is not available.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Strong communication skills for efficient collaboration in a virtual environment.

Nice to have

• Experience managing technical or data-driven projects.
• PMP certification.
