What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation across multiple project workstreams.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and Joint Application Design (JAD) meetings.
• Develop and manage the Contractor Requirements Traceability Matrix (CRTM) to ensure full lifecycle traceability.
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are implemented and validated.
• Prepare functional specifications, workflow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements management within complex technology environments.
• Expertise in developing requirements traceability matrices and functional specifications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid software development methodologies.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar professional business analysis certifications.
