Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Gather, analyse, document, and track business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Work with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, developers, and project managers to support AI-based solution design and delivery.
• Analyse business processes, identify improvement areas, and define practical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions while managing communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, refinement sessions, and reviews, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Previous experience with AI, machine learning, data, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with enterprise-level or large corporate organizations.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methods, requirements management, and process analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with AI products, data platforms, chatbots, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in international, multidisciplinary teams and knowledge of software development lifecycles and product delivery processes.
