Evaluation & Assessment Analyst (Federal Health)

Location: Remote; supports a federal healthcare modernization initiative.

What you will do

• Develop and conduct program evaluations measuring project performance, implementation readiness, and operational effectiveness.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, performance reports, and readiness assessments for PMO leadership and deployment planning.
• Analyze testing results, implementation metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to evaluate program success.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, engineers, Business Analysts, Test Engineers, and Government stakeholders to validate metrics and reporting accuracy.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentation materials for governance meetings, Integrated Design Reviews, Functional Readiness Reviews, and customer briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in program evaluation, business analysis, operational assessment, or performance measurement within enterprise technology environments.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and communicate meaningful insights.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience supporting project performance measurement, readiness assessments, and executive reporting.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating findings to technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, or federal program management.
