Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus eligible performance bonus, RSUs, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide strategic business analysis services and develop an in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmaps, and operating context.
• Lead or participate in multiple projects, managing documentation, scope, schedules, priorities, milestones, escalations, and customer and supplier relationships.
• Analyze and design complex business and systems processes, focusing on quality improvement, reliable data, and data management.
• Build stakeholder relationships, identify business needs, and support implementation of business solutions while monitoring progress and results.
• Produce project analysis documentation, including business requirements, scope matrices, use cases, sequence diagrams, future-state proposals, and UAT plans.
• Understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or business analyst roles.
• Experience working on large-scale projects while handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
• Strong project management, multitasking, relationship-building, communication, analytical, quantitative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of indices, fundamentals, analytical data, and returns-level data.
• Expertise in relevant business tools and systems administration, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce, with strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard creation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and tactically, work effectively in a team environment, maintain attention to detail, and perform in highly demanding settings.
• Proven track record of high performance; exposure to a public company environment is preferred.

Nice to have

• Prior sales experience.
• Experience in the healthcare and/or technology industries.
• Experience with commercial and analytics tools such as SFDC, the Upland product suite, or Tableau.
