Manager, Forward Deployed Healthcare Analytics

Location: United States; fully remote with about 5% travel

Salary: $123,000–$148,000 annually, plus benefits and bonus

What you will do

• Consult Platform-as-a-Service clients on designing decision automation programs and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Manage and mentor direct reports, supporting execution, prioritization, and professional development.
• Improve the scale and effectiveness of the Forward Deployed Automation Strategy team through process optimization, analytics frameworks, and AI tooling.
• Partner with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering teams to scope product features that address client automation needs.
• Translate complex client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams implementing new clients.
• Analyze authorization and claims data, build and maintain visual analytical reports, and ensure client KPIs and end-to-end automation outcomes are achieved throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a data-centric, client-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Passion for improving U.S. healthcare and patient outcomes, with an understanding of healthcare systems, terminology, and regulations strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate ethical considerations in healthcare data management.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex healthcare datasets and skills with Tableau or Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate problems into product and KPI improvements.

Nice to have

• Management Consulting or HealthTech experience.
• MBA, MPH, or equivalent.
