What you will do

• Oversee all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities, including accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and economic modeling to support organizational sustainability.
• Provide executive oversight of enterprise technology, data governance, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Partner with the Board of Directors and Finance/Investment Committees on governance and strategic priorities.
• Manage organizational cash flow, liquidity, and investment performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new revenue opportunities and evaluate strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in finance and accounting.
• CPA or MBA required.
• Proven experience advising senior executives and governing boards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial systems and partner with IT leadership.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in the DC Metro area.
• Ability to travel overnight periodically for staff offsites and organizational events.
