What you will do

• Perform buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, including carve-outs for private equity investors and asset-based lenders.
• Conduct financial due diligence on Income Statements and Balance Sheets to identify key risks and business drivers.
• Lead analysis of operational data, net working capital, debt, and debt-like items.
• Draft Quality of Earnings reports highlighting sustainable profits and cash flows.
• Design tailored transaction advisory reports on normalized earnings and valuation model assumptions.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates while collaborating with partners on business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in consulting or transaction advisory servicing cross-industry clients.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and SEC Reporting.
• CPA certification preferred or currently in process.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
