What you will do

• Lead the preparation of private investor relations materials and IPO-readiness content, including mock public earnings materials.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape the company's investment story and meet public-company readiness requirements.
• Build and enhance long-range planning, strategic planning, and FP&A analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Drive strategic growth transactions, with a primary emphasis on post-deal integration planning and execution.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for senior leadership, shareholders, and the Board of Directors.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate financial analysis and improve the quality of executive and Board presentations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of related and relevant professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record in IPO readiness and investor relations.
• Deep FP&A expertise, including financial modeling and long-range strategic planning.
• Experience in a B2B tech, software, or SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
