What you will do

• Manage and monitor multiple client services teams on international tax engagements.
• Advise U.S. and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of international operations.
• Consult on tax-efficient structuring of international transactions and the use of tax treaties.
• Perform primary and secondary reviews of complex international tax returns to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with partners and managers to integrate practice development and new business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA or JD/active law license required.
• 5-7 years of progressive tax consulting experience, with at least 3 years in international taxation.
• Experience within a large accounting firm, law firm, or corporate tax department of a multinational.
• Proficiency in U.S. tax compliance and consulting technology.
• Ability to travel as needed.
