What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new enterprise logos across the DACH region.
  • Execute a strategic GTM plan targeting high-value accounts and priority industries.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
  • Lead high-impact pitches and RFP responses, positioning the company as a strategic partner.
  • Co-sell with partners like Adobe, Salesforce, and Sitecore using AI-led propositions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy and delivery teams to create differentiated solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of winning net-new enterprise logos in a digital agency or consulting environment.
  • Experience selling complex, multi-million euro digital and AI-enabled engagements.
  • Strong professional network in the DACH region, including C-suite relationships.
  • Fluency in German and English is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of industries such as Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into digital and AI-enabled strategies.
