TL;DR
Account Manager DACH (E-commerce): Managing a portfolio of B2B online shops to drive growth and retention with an accent on upselling and strategic account development. Focus on negotiating commercial terms, implementing expansion strategies, and collaborating with internal product and legal teams.
Location: Hybrid (Berlin or Cologne). Must be based in Germany to attend the office 2 days per week.

What you will do
- Take ownership of a portfolio of small to mid-sized online shops (Tech Touch), managing day-to-day needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer performance and implement tailored expansion strategies.
- Strategically develop accounts and negotiate commercially to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Product teams to ensure coordinated support and smooth execution.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to maximize client retention and long-term success.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in proactive B2B account management, ideally in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
- Proven ability to manage large client portfolios (up to 1,000 accounts) effectively.
- Fluent German and highly proficient English proficiency.
- Analytical and strategic thinking paired with a natural sales instinct.
- Practical experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
