What you will do
- Close qualified sales opportunities while consistently achieving targets.
- Consult with B2B clients across Europe to recommend tailored signage solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with major brands and agencies.
- Manage an organized CRM pipeline, follow-ups, and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with internal design and production teams to align customer expectations.
- Continuously improve sales skills through ongoing coaching and feedback.
Requirements
- Native-level German proficiency is non-negotiable.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Good English skills for internal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and discipline in pipeline management.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical or customized products.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with confidence in closing deals.
