What you will do

  • Close qualified sales opportunities while consistently achieving targets.
  • Consult with B2B clients across Europe to recommend tailored signage solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with major brands and agencies.
  • Manage an organized CRM pipeline, follow-ups, and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal design and production teams to align customer expectations.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through ongoing coaching and feedback.

Requirements

  • Native-level German proficiency is non-negotiable.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Good English skills for internal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and discipline in pipeline management.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical or customized products.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with confidence in closing deals.
