EMEA Government Strategy & Industry Lead (Digital Transformation)

Location: Based in Germany or the Netherlands and close to an international airport; approximately 30% travel required for EU-wide opportunities.

What you will do

• Shape and execute the EMEA Government industry market strategy with customers, prospects, sales, solution consulting, and partners.
• Represent hirify.global as a government industry thought leader across EU and global initiatives.
• Develop thought leadership, sales enablement, marketing content, events, social media, blogs, product positioning, and market-facing assets.
• Advise clients and partners on workflow automation, modernization, communications, customer service, and intelligent process automation.
• Develop regional go-to-market strategies and globally scalable government solutions.
• Collaborate with product and solution teams to create demos based on personas, journeys, and real-world use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; a graduate degree in business is preferred.
• Extensive experience as a senior government lead or consulting leader, including sector-specific digital transformation strategies for government organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of EU government software, delivery, compliance, and procurement requirements.
• Experience with process automation, CRM, and digital transformation across multiple communications sectors.
• Fluency in English plus at least two of Dutch, German, or French is required.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work in a matrix organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in both an SI or advisory firm and as a public servant.
• Graduate degree in business.
