What you will do

• Design transformation approaches, product operating models, and transition plans for client organizations.
• Guide the adoption of modern product management practices and organizational structures.
• Facilitate alignment between product vision, business goals, integrated roadmaps, and team execution.
• Act as an interim product leader when needed and influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Coach product leaders and teams on product management practices, methodologies, and mindsets.
• Design and deliver training while measuring and communicating transformation impact.

Requirements

• Working-level Dutch proficiency is required.
• Expert product management capabilities, including product vision, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and iterative value delivery.
• Knowledge of multiple product development, agile, and project management frameworks.
• Experience leading and developing product teams across multiple teams and aligning integrated roadmaps.
• Experience implementing organizational change, governance models, or product ownership structures.
• Ability to demonstrate business impact and influence stakeholders at all levels.
